Mark Walker is a Grammy and Latin Grammy award winning drummer, a Grammy nominated composer and a professor at Berklee College of Music.
He has worked extensively with Paquito D'Rivera, Oregon, Michel Camilo, Eliane Elias, Arturo Sandoval, Lyle Mays, Caribbean Jazz Project, Cesar Camargo Mariano and Andy Narell, to name a few.
He was featured in the Latin Jazz documentary "Calle 54" and has performed at most major jazz festivals in the world on 5 continents.
As an author, he released "World Jazz Drumming" (Berklee Press) in 2007. He released his debut album, "You Get What You Give," featuring Paquito D'Rivera, in 2018.
